- Stand in a front of a mirror. Place the card to your face, under one eye, with the long edge aligned with the middle of your nose.
- See how far the card extends underneath your eye, and determine your width based on the guide.
Narrow
If the card’s edge extends past the end of your eyebrow, you might want to look for narrow-width frames.
Medium
If the card’s edge aligns with the end of your eyebrow, then medium-width frames will likely fit you.
Wide
If the card’s edge doesn’t reach the end of your eyebrow, consider shopping for wide-width frames.
