Frequently asked questions
Does trying cost anything?
No - the €15 is a deposit, not a fee. Buy glasses and we take €15 off your order; if nothing fits, we refund the deposit in full once the box is back.
What happens after I confirm?
You pay the €15 deposit in the normal checkout and get an order confirmation. Within 2-4 business days the try-on box reaches your parcel locker - your chosen frames with demo lenses, each in its own case, plus a return label and a short guide.
Do the frames have my prescription?
No - try-on frames carry demo lenses. Home try-on is for judging fit, weight and style. Once you have picked a favorite, order it from the store with your prescription - lenses included.
How long can I try?
Five days from delivery. Return the box by day 14 at the latest - otherwise the deposit covers our costs.
How do returns work?
Put the frames back in the same box, stick on the included return label and drop it at any parcel locker. Shipping is free.
What if a frame gets damaged?
Normal trying leaves no marks - wear them freely. If a frame comes back significantly damaged we may withhold part or all of the deposit. Write to info@specler.ee and we will find a solution.
